You can use this channel to raise concerns about generated content, report unlawful or harmful information, or contact us about personal information, intellectual property, or other rights.

This is our official channel for complaints and reports. We acknowledge receipt and provide progress updates or results by email.

What to include

• The relevant page or feature and the time of the incident
• Your account email or other information that helps us identify the issue, if applicable
• The content in question, as a screenshot or copied text
• The type of concern: inaccurate content, unlawful or harmful information, personal information, intellectual property, or other rights
• The action you would like us to take
• An email address where we can contact you

Please do not send identity documents, account passwords, or sensitive personal information unrelated to the issue.

Review process and response times

1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your report by email within 24 hours of receiving it.
2. Investigation and action: We review the relevant records and materials. For unlawful or harmful content or urgent safety risks, we promptly investigate and take necessary action, which may include stopping generation or restricting affected features.
3. Response: For ordinary cases, we will provide a result by email within 3 working days after acknowledgment. For complex cases requiring further investigation, we will provide a progress update or result within 7 working days.
4. Additional information: If we need more information, we will contact you at the email address used for your report. The handling period resumes once we receive the necessary materials.

Where applicable law or a competent authority requires a different response time, that requirement takes priority.
